Tick the search you want to save and click Save. You will also save what the search is "built from" in this case search 1-9

Tip: When saving a search in OVID, give it a clear name that includes the database you used—such as Embase, Medline, or PsycInfo.
This makes it easier to identify your searches later, since all saved searches are stored in the same location within OVID.

You can find your saved searches by going to My Workspace and then selecting My Searches & Alerts.
To run a saved search again, simply select it and click Run.
