The citation counting databases rarely covers everything. See under Bibliometrics for how to transfer between some databases, but the first step is making sure it is in Pure.

Our Pure-specialist colleagues do what they can to import into Pure. However, if you are in a subject field, which is poorly indexed in the main databases, you will help yourself in the long run by filling your research into Pure, that has not been automatically imported.
