EBSCO english (Cinahl, ASP, Business Source Complete...): Show and Save Results

Show search results

You will find your search strings (search blocks) under Recent activity. The searches are displayed with the most recent at the top. 
You cannot see the number of hits or results from this page, you will need to make a note of these when searching.

The results can be sorted in different ways: relevance, newest or oldest publication.

 

Save the searches

Click on the bookmark icon to save searches

or click on the three dots

The searches are placed in Saved.

Under edit details, you can see the results and which database the search is from.


Currently, some users may experience an error if they want to change the name of the saved searches. Ebsco is aware of the error.

It is also not possible to delete searches from Recent activity or Saved, users may experience the error below.

Please note that it is the same user profile for all EBSCO databases.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to share searches, as a search profile on EBSCO is linked to the login used for the profile.

Add to Projects

You can save single or multiple records to Projects


And you can add searches to Projects.

 

Access to Full text

Click on Access now (PDF)
or Access options and SDU link

or Access options and PDF or Online full text

Retrieve saved searches

Log in to your Esco user profile and you will find the saved searches under Saved.

If you want to run searches again, click on the relevant one.

 

Save records

When viewing the search results, the most relevant articles can be selected and saved

You will find them under Saved
