ClinicalKey har en app. App'en kan hentes gennem Apples App Store eller Googles Play Store. For at få adgang, skal man oprette sig som bruger på ClinicalKey.com med Regionsyd-mail (der ender på @rsyd.dk). Når man har oprettet sig som bruger, eller hvis man allerede har en ClinicalKey-bruger, skal man anmode om adgang til "Apply for Remote access". Derefter skal der blot logges ind i app'en som ClinicalKey-bruger (e-mail er brugernavn).
